IMPORTANT BEFORE CONSIDER COMMISSION ME

✦ I study, and I have a second job... For what it could take from a month or two at least to finish your commission, I will always try to get it as soon as possible.

Vtuber commissions can take up to 1-3 months

If you want a commission to be made in a specific period of time, (rush commission) it will cost you an additional 30% of the total price.

✦ In case you need to cancel the commission. (This to do in a range of maximum 15 days). If that period of time has passed, it will not be refunded.

✦ The final product is for personal use ONLY (upload it to your personal websites, decoration, profile picture, etc.).

✦Take as a benefit the consideration of the time that your commission takes, while I work on your commission at the beginning, you will have time to make the changes you want or suggestions in a better way)

✦ ✦ ✦ COMMERCIAL USE IS 2 TIMES THE ORIGINAL PRICE, MERCHANDISING IS x3 ✦ ✦ ✦

(Commercial use applies if the drawing will be used for Twitch, Youtube or any public page for promotional or advertising purposes, which require several versions of the project or deliver psd files or editable files).

✦About the payment method. All payments are made by invoice on the Paypal platform or by Mercado Pago. In case you are from Mexico, the payment can also be paid via OXXO or by bank transfer (In case you can use these options)

✦For the use of vtuber models, once the PSD file of your model is finished and delivered, you have the right to modify any part of the model for rigging purposes or add an extra asset. As long as I am consulted or notified in advance when making the changes.

✦ DO NOT claim the work as your own or use it for profit if the commission is for personal use only.

✦I will not work on a work already done that is not my own without the permission of the author of the work.

✦You can't ask for tracing, recoloring, or plagiarism of a work outside of me and/or the client.

✦I will not copy styles from other artists. except that due to the circumstance of the commission it requires it. It will only be carried out in case of inspiration of the style.

✦You have the right to ask at any time for a progress report on the work of your order.

✦If you do not have much experience commissioning or explaining, I will be happy to discuss with you to reach a description and agreement of the commission.

✦As a worker, I will have the right to give my opinion as a suggestion regarding your commission, offering better solutions or improvements to your assignment, so it should not be taken personally if I correct or issue suggestions regarding any element of the assignment. I do all this in order to improve it and deliver the quality of work.

✦ I have the right to use the commission for promotional purposes

(commission samples, quick paintings) unless you want your commission not to be requested as public.

✦ I have the right to reject the assignment if I cannot meet the standards, deadline dates, or it turns out to be a matter of my displeasure.

✦ After the sketch is finished and the lineart process is in progress, there will be no refunds (except for a deal or important case, it needs to be discussed)

✦If you want to make more changes after the lineart or color is done, you are required to pay an extra per change.

✦You will only be entitled to 8 minimum changes in the illustration. after these, they need to be paid.

✦ Old commissions take precedence over new or recently paid commissions (unless you have rush pay)

✦ From the sketch I work on a pay order basis, but if your 'sketch approved' response takes a while and other clients behind you have already approved their sketch, I will continue with your commission until you confirm that you are happy with your sketch.

✦ I'll send you previews to confirm if you're happy with the pose/expressions/etc.

By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to all of the following, unless exceptions have been agreed to in private conversation during the commission process.

PROCESS

1. Payment by billing via Paypal.

2. Give details of the commission (Design, References, pose, descriptions... etc.). (in case of not commissioning, the information will be private).

3. After accepting the commission, I will send an invoice to PayPal only (charge by USD). The commission will only start after payment.

4. The sketch will be sent. Confirm all changes here. If a change is made in the lineart/coloring phase, it will have an extra cost depending on the complexity.

5. Once all the changes have been made, the commission will proceed to its completion.
